Centura Health is committed to providing support and programs for those less fortunate in our communities. In hard times those numbers grow, while resources shrink. In response to this, we seek how to make the most impact in every community we touch.

A physician from Avista Adventist Hospital donated his services for a critical knee replacement for a Clinica Family Health patient.

St. Anthony North Hospital’s Pastoral Nurse Program, Growing Home, helps the homeless in Adams County.

Pueblo StepUp helped over 6,000 children access Medicaid and CHP services.

SET of Colorado Springs managed 8,048 visits in the Service, Empowerment and Transformation (SET) medical clinics, almost doubling the number of 2009 visits.

Denver HealthSET increased patients served and added clients in the Nurse Care Management program.

Centura Health associates gifted fellow employees in need with $80,000, bringing the 10-year total to $9 million.

Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) helped develop ministry formations and provided professional development for those in service to their communities.
